Me (Alyssa), Takes care of packing orders. Due to our short staff, processing time varies from 1-20 business days. Our average processing time is 2-5 days. When your order arrives at the post office it is no longer our liability, including broken crystals, lost shipment, or delays. It goes under UPS or USPS control. We might offer a gift card for broken or lost orders, but it is not always definite. 

Make sure if you are participating in our live sales to go over our rules. Payments are due at 9pm EST the next day, unless discussed. If you are a new claimer, a security deposit is required when you make your first claim. The $10 will be deducted from your live sale listing total. This is to prevent ghost claims. The deposit is also non refundable, so if you are unsure about claiming things, you can wait until your first claim.

All candles and wax melts have warning labels, fail to listen to the warnings are not welcome awakenings liability. It is your responsibility to make sure you follow the warnings and candle care cards.

Orders will be processed within 1-20 days. After they are processed, usps/ups takes around 1-2 weeks to deliver orders.  Customers are responsible for import and deliver fees. Especially international. If we are emailed a fee you will be informed the customer has to pay it. It is not welcome awakenings liability to pay. 

Refunds Acceptable within 24 hours of purchase. Any problems with a purchase reach out to welcomeawakening@gmail.com to figure out a plan. Once an order is shipped, it is the post office responsibility and no longer mine. I cannot offer refund for an order that is no longer in my hands, gift cards may be offered depending on the situation.
